1. Tournament Details
- Format: All India Open Cricket Tournament.
- Match Format: T20 (20 Overs per Side).

2. Team Eligibility
- The tournament is open to teams from all states of India.
- Each team must register before the last registration date.
- Registration will only be confirmed after payment of the entry fee.
- Teams must submit a complete player list before the tournament begins.
- A team cannot register under multiple names.
3. Player Eligibility
- Every player must carry a valid Government Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport, Voter ID, etc.).
- Players must represent only one team throughout the tournament.
- A player found playing for multiple teams will be immediately disqualified.
- Any false information or fake documents will lead to player and team disqualification.
4. Team Composition
- Maximum Squad: 15 Players including 3 professional players who have represented Distt/State or Indian board cricket.
- Pro Player Criteria: played after September 2022.
- Playing XI: 11 Players.
- Minimum Players Required to Start Match: 7.
- One Captain and One Vice-Captain must be nominated.
5. Registration Rules
- Registration fee is non-refundable.
- Entry fee must be paid before the deadline.
- Registration may be cancelled if incorrect information is provided.
- No registration will be accepted after the closing date unless approved by the Organizing Committee.
6. Match Rules
- All matches shall be played according to the official Laws of Cricket, with tournament-specific playing conditions.
- Umpires' decisions on the field shall be final.
- Any protest must be submitted in writing within 30 minutes after the match, along with the prescribed protest fee.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject frivolous protests.
- Impact Play Rules apply to all matches.
7. Toss & Match Timing
- Teams must report at least 45 minutes before the scheduled match.
- Toss will take place 30 minutes before the match.
- Failure to report on time may result in a walkover.
8. Dress Code
- Dresses will be provided by the concerned organising committee.
- Proper cricket coloured team uniforms are mandatory.
- Jerseys must display unique player numbers.
- No offensive or political messages are allowed on uniforms.
9. Equipment
- Cricket balls will be provided by the organizers.
- Teams must arrange their own bats, pads, gloves, helmets, and other personal equipment.
- All protective gear should meet standard safety requirements.
10. Code of Conduct
- Players, officials, and supporters must maintain discipline throughout the tournament.
- Abuse of umpires, officials, opponents, or spectators will not be tolerated.
- Physical fights, threatening behaviour, or damage to property will result in immediate expulsion.
- Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco on the playing field is strictly prohibited.
11. Rain & Weather Policy
- The Organizing Committee may reduce overs or reschedule matches depending on weather conditions.
- If a match cannot be completed, the Committee's decision regarding the result shall be final.
- No refund shall be provided due to weather interruptions.
12. Walkover Rule
- A team arriving more than 15 minutes late after the scheduled start time may forfeit the match.
- Walkover decisions will be made by the Tournament Committee.
13. Player Injury
- Players participate entirely at their own risk.
- The Organizing Committee shall not be responsible for injuries, illness, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
- Teams are advised to carry their own first-aid supplies and medical support.
- Sports medicine professional will be provided during matches at venue.
14. Discipline & Disqualification
A team may be disqualified for:
- Fielding an ineligible player.
- Providing false documents.
- Match fixing or betting involvement.
- Misconduct or violence.
- Refusing to follow umpires' decisions.
- Bringing the tournament into disrepute.
15. Prize Pool & Prize Money
The tournament offers a total prize pool of ₹37,00,000 (Thirty-Seven Lakh Indian Rupees).
Prize Distribution Terms
- Prize money will be awarded only after the successful completion of the tournament and verification of all team and player eligibility.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to withhold or cancel prize money if a team or player is found guilty of:
- Fielding ineligible or unregistered players.
- Providing false information or forged documents.
- Match-fixing, betting, corruption, or any unethical conduct.
- Violating the tournament's Code of Conduct.
- Any applicable taxes or statutory deductions under Indian law shall be deducted from the prize money before disbursement.
- Prize money will be transferred only to the authorized team representative or team owner whose details were provided during registration.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to verify the identity and bank details of the recipient before releasing the prize amount.
- All decisions regarding prize distribution shall be final and binding.
16. Photography & Media Rights
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to photograph, record, livestream, and broadcast all matches.
- Teams and players grant permission for their images and videos to be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
17. Liability
- The Organizing Committee shall not be liable for any injury, accident, theft, or damage to personal property during the tournament.
- Teams are responsible for the conduct of their players and supporters.
18. Organizers' Rights
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to:
- Amend tournament rules at any time.
- Change match schedules.
- Change venues if required.
- Cancel or postpone matches due to unavoidable circumstances.
- Disqualify any team violating tournament rules.
19. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes shall first be referred to the Tournament Committee.
- The Committee's decision shall be final and binding.
- Any legal dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where the tournament is organized.
20. Declaration
By registering for the tournament, every team, player, coach, and manager confirms that they have read, understood,
and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by the Organizing Committee.
